Senior Product Manager

About the Role
As a fast-growing business with a purpose, we work quickly (but thoughtfully) and are looking for self-starters who can manage their own workload and shift priorities on a day-to-day basis.
We’re looking for driven and inspired product managers who want to join a mission-focused company tackling global problems.
The role will involve working closely with multiple teams across the business to deliver high-quality products. See key responsibilities and requirements below.

For your given product, new or existing:
  • Define the vision, success metrics, strategy and roadmap.
  • Understand and represent user’s needs.
  • Determine and align stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Deliver product requirement documents (PRDs) with prioritised features and justification.
  • Prioritise features and capabilities on a sprint by sprint basis.
  • Working with UI, UX, Marketing, Sustainability, and Engineering functions to deliver the epics and sprints.
  • Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.
  • Run effective sprints for the cross collaborative team involved.
About You
  • 5+ years in Product Management on customer facing digital products.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder - you're able to share your ideas clearly, and you're experienced in building relationships cross-functionally.
  • Additional experience - you’ve had previous experience doing roles in at least one of: UX, Marketing or Engineering.
  • Critical thinking and Reasoning skills - you’re able to communicate and make data driven decisions based on insights gathered.
  • Efficient time management - you’re able to effectively manage time across various products and tasks whilst maintaining clear communication and deliverables.
  • Familiar with Agile or SCRUM methodology, and using feature boards for ticket and story creation.
  • Understanding commercial and performance drivers within an organization for various products.
